Recently I made a couple new pins--Soup Nazi of Seinfeld fame, and Pizza Slice...of pizza fame. To celebrate, I wanted to give away one of each to a lucky winner via Instagram. The Descendents were one of the first, if not the first punk band I ever listened to. "Milo Goes To College" had already been out for over 15 years by the time I heard it as a teenager and along with "Everything Sucks" it has remained in constant rotation ever since.

I tried to stick to the simplicity that the band has used in all their designs over the years, without just using a Milo drawing--so a variation of his glasses coupled with their lettering was what I came up with.

As for the printing, Ink Knife Press took the reigns and did a spectacular job. Here are some photos of the poster along with the grown-up clubhouse/screen printing shop that Ink Knife owner Mr. Michael Ryan Dellinger  built.
